Hi,

I'm trying to setup a Generic VoIP Trunk. The registration request should be sent as [email protected], which are the parameters I've entered here:
1601046049341.png
(A note on the 3 way later on).

However in the activity log I see this:
1601046199930.png
Which therefore makes the provider answer with a 403 Forbidden, because it's not sending the REGISTER request as +39XXX@hostname but as 10000@hostname.
For the life of me, I can't figure out where this 10000 is coming from and how to make it behave.

In this forum I've seen other people with the same Generic provider who had success inserting the +39XXX@hostname as the 3way auth password, but it doesn't seem to do it for me.

Does anyone know what's happening?

Many thank.

10000 is PBX ID for your trunk

You might check in the outbound settings, in 3CX, for that trunk. Each provider (and in particular, non-supported providers), can require different settings. There are two fields, that on my install, have "AuthID" authentication as the parameter, they are From : User Part and Contact : User Part.
Check to see what you have in those two settings. Don't start changing things without making note of the original settings.
