i need to replace the settings on a Fanvil X2C phone for one of our workers.
it was provisioned for a worker who doesn't work with us anymore.
i have created a new user, allocated it with the ip phone and applied it with the correct mac address.
i also deleted the old user account that was connected to this phone.
the phone wont reprovision with the new settings.
when going into settings and trying to access the advanced settings it wants a pin code. but in the manual it says default pin is 123. it dosent work.
where / how can I find the correct pin, or is there a way to factory reset without going into settings?
I know Fanvil phones can be reset by long pressing the OK button, but the X2C doesn't have this button to begin with.
