Solved x7C v2 will not allow me to time sync via SNTP or DHCP

Is anyone here having the same issue as I do?
All of our X7C-V2 phones have a random date and time.
For some reason, the "via SNTP" or "via DHCP" checkbox will not stay after I hit apply.



Is this a bug with the phone firmware?
It is the latest one.

Our 3CX is version 18.0 update 7 (build 312).
We do not use any custom configuration from Fanvil as this is a fresh new deployment.

Any workaround suggestions are appreciated.

Hi,

By default, your phones should end up like this if you provision them via 3CX, and use the firmware we provide:



I would recommend to factory reset a phone, and automatically provision it via 3CX and check again.

Make sure you don't have DHCP Option 66 on your network.
