Hello there,

I'm struggeling with the integration of the new 3CX which we have just set up (and love so far) into our ERP/CRM system. We have tried using the CRM Integration Wizard, but it seams the wizards always requires some URL in the form http://url.to.lookup/[numberToLookup]. AFAIK our ERP system doesn't support this format. However, there is a REST API which is documentet here (unhappily only in German): https://update.xentral.biz/apidoc/docs203.html

Is it anyway possible to have the number lookup funtion (and maybe also journaling) available with our ERP/CRM system?

It is probably doable, you just need the right APIs and configure the template correctly.

Ok, how can I judge if the API is right and what is a right API? Also, what do I need to do then?

I got a working URL and parsed [ to {{ and ] to }}, respectively. Somehow the authetication is not working properly. In the browser I got a popup on connection and the next GETs are digested user names. Somehow, testing in the Template Generator fails authentication. Is there a trick?

Seems like it is struggeling with the digest authetication (the only authentication method our CRM is supporting). Is 3CX supporting digest authentication?

Only Basic and OAuth2 authentications are supported.
