Yeaklink T23G Reprovision via STUN

Hello 3CX/Yealinkers

I have two T23G handsets in a remote office connected via STUN.

Can I update the firmware on the phones remotely without any problems and can I re-provision tto?

Hello Daren,

Yes you should be able to provision, re-provision, and upgrade the firmware.

However, our recommendation is to upgrade the firmware before you assign the phone to 3CX
Also if the current firmware is too old, you have to install a minimum version first, and then install the final version.
