Hi,
Today I stayed up late in the company to update the Firmware of the phones. Unfortunately, the Form is only showing me
28.73.0.48, I cannot chose 28.71.0.224.
We uploaded 28.73.0.48 for testing purposes, but never used it on production phones. Both rom files were uploaded using "Phone Provisioning, Manage Frimware functionality". I now deleted the 28.73.0.48 file, but it doesn't help. I can still see the firmware and only this version. I even restarted all the services after deleting the file. And I tried deleting the 28.71.0.224. and reuploading it, but I still cannot chose this version during Firmware upgrade.
So two question:
The recommended version (most recent version with 3cx support according to http://www.yealink.com/SupportDownloadfiles_detail.aspx?CateId=310&flag=142) is 28.71.0.224., right? Or is it safe/recommended to got with 28.73.0.45 or 28.73.0.45. We are on V12 latest SP, but not on V12.5 yet.
How can I make version 28.71.0.224. appear in the chose firmware dialog?
Thanks a lot
Frank
