Yealink 46s BLF deactivated

Hi There,
i have recently added a Mikrotik to our 3cx Cloud hosted PBX for the VPN between the office and our 3cx server hosted at our Server site.
i have Re provisioned the phones using local LAN once we set it up and provisioned the phones all looked good this morning we can in and the receptions phoned showed the BLF but all with red crosses and the office managers phone is giving one way audio.
anyone experienced this before

If you reboot 3CX, and then you also reboot the Mikrotik, does everything start working normally again?

Sure thing, and lets see if the problem returns after a while again.

Also when you reprovision the phones, make 100% sure you factory reset them first.
Otherwise the old settings are not entirely removed and may cause issues!

thanks for the input reset of the system worked we are now simulating other setup scenarios to do some tests.
