Hi all,
We have a customer with 5 Yealink AX83H WiFi handsets, each are connected to the PBX Hosted by 3CX as SBC's individually. The firmware of the phones is 180.87.0.6 and we have now updated their wireless access point to TP-Link EAP772 Tri-Band Ceiling Mounted WiFi 7 Access Point (9.2Gbps BE) using a TPLink POE Injector. The Access point goes to a 4 port Netgear gigabit Switch before going to the data cabinet. and a further 16 port Netgear Gigabit Switch, connected to a Draytek Vigor2865ax. This is connected to a 1gb down and 115gb upload FTTP Connection. SIP ALG is not enabled on the router.
Installing the new access point has improved things as the old access point was definitely a bottleneck. I am now at a bit of a loss as to where to go next, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
