yealink call transfer

Hi,

is it possible to make call transfer to another extension and if that extension is busy that call is return back to me again? By default when call transfer is done i hang up nad that is it, but if another side is busy call is droped..

I read the manual again, everything is working normally...

Take a look at this article:

You'll want to do an attended transfer and then you'll be able to hear the line is busy yourself and then reclaim the call.
