Have any of you ran the CP925 on WiFi? Is there any reason I shouldn't? Looking to put a couple of them in some conference rooms that don't have easy access to ethernet.

Hi @qbitnetworking

Note that we do not support using IP phones on WiFi.

We only support and test them using LAN which is much more reliable, less prone to missing calls or having audio drop outs.

If you can, try to find some way of bringing ethernet into the conference rooms.

While I agree having a wired connection is best, I have done a CP925 on WiFi and - as long as the WiFi is good and not janky! - it should work fine.

Thanks Doug. I was hoping that would be the case. I can see why 3CX doesn't support it though as some customer's WiFi may be old or poor quality.
