hi all,
I have a bunch these working with 3CX - which seems all well and good.

however, does anyone know if there is a way to remove the history key, DSS key page etc from the phone itself? - ideally I would like the users to only have the options available that I give them... a dialler, not all the other stuff such as web browser etc.

You need to manually edit the settings in the web UI. The 3CX provisioning doesn't touch those things. Only the basic config and phonebook URL.

i thought as much, doesn't seem to be options to remove said screens. will see if i can find a forum somewhere that may know how to do this... if i find something will link it back here
