I've got a T46S with an EXP40 attached. I can add BLFs starting at 28 and they work as expected, but after 36, they no longer populate and remain blank. Anyone have an idea of what I might be doing wrong?

I believe it's a firmware bug. There was another report of something similar on the forums before, I think one of my guys is working through it right now. To check, try accessing the web interface of the phone directly and adding a BLF and see if it sticks.

No luck on the phone interface, I add it and hit confirm, but it doesn't stick and never updates on the exp. Works both in the phone UI and in 3cx for the first nine spots.

So that tells you it's not a 3CX issue. I'm not sure if it's a phone firmware or sidecar firmware issue but it's a Yealink issue. I'd see about opening a ticket with them.

@Johnmb

So I was digging into this some more and I factory reset the phone with the EXP 40 attached and it's working now. It's weird because we had just migrated this customer from one of our other PBX solutions and had factory reset the phone prior to provisioning but factory resetting it again did the trick. See if that resolves if for you.

Thanks, I'll give it a try.

It would seem like a glitch on the device so yes, please give it a try.

Gave one a try here, it was done on a freshly reset T46S provisioned with 64 BLFs

They all appear to be in place as expected. When adding a couple of more and hitting reprovision, they also appeared.

When deleting a bunch and hitting reprovision they were removed as expected.

Forgot to come back and update...a factory reset did take care of this. Thanks for the help.
