Yealink Firmware 96.86.0.23 won't load

Just a day or two ago, 3CX updated the firmware for our Yealink T54W phones to 96.86.0.20 which loaded fine. Now today I get another update to 96.86.0.23, but it refuses to load. I tried to load it manually and get the error "software failed". Any ideas? Happening on all phones of the same model. TY

Yealink had an issue with this firmware and they are currently advising that you contact them directly.
