Hey all,
I am wondering why our clients systems as well as our own system are not getting firmware updates for the yealink phones. I have couple of sites of running Yealink T42S-T41S and we ourselves are running T48S all running firmware version 66.84.0.35. The issue i am having is that the message button does not work to access to vmail but users can get there dialing *4. I did read this thread here https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/yealink-t46s-message-button.65233/ and it basically states that the firmware version installed is the problem. The .35 FW was released in 2018 and since then there have been several releases from Yealink, there is even a blog post from 3CX in October of 2018 calling to upgrade to FW .55 due to an issue with .20. I understand that 3CX needs to verify the firmware versions before pushing them to the update system but at the very least the .55 should be available in the updates. Am I missing something? I really dont want to have to manually update about 150 phones over 3 sites. Do i need to manual upload the .55 firmware to the PBX's? All 3CX systems are Debian google hosted version 16.0.2.910
