Hello,

I think this is more a network problem than 3CX but someone may have seen the problem and can help.
We have a Yealink W70B DECT base and phone connected to the PBX but they are on different subnets.
The phone can make calls OK but when it is called from another extension it takes 30 seconds before it starts to ring.
A wireshark trace shows that when we call the DECT phone the signalling doesn't get to the phone / base for 30 seconds - it seems to be lost somewhere in the network.
As mentioned I don't think this is a 3CX issue but someone that knows more about networks than me may have some ideas.

Thanks

Hi,

Try putting it on a known good subnet as a test and see what happens.

Then once confirmed good, look what networking equipment is used between the 3CX server and the base.

You probably have something managing the routing that causes this issue, but isolating it leg by leg will help you find out which piece of hardware may be responsible.
