Solved Yealink phones keep downgrading to old firmware

I am having a massive issue trying to upgrade these Yealink phones. The T46G is stuck on .110

1. The won't ugprade through 3cx
2. when I manually upgrade they immediately downgrade themselves.
3. If I remove the DHCP option they still downgrade
4. Only way is to remove provisioning
5. I've deleted the .110 rom from the provisioning directory yet it still is finding it somewhere
6. I did a search for anything that was that .110 rom in the 3cxpbx directory and found nothing.
7. I've done more steps than this like factory reset, removing the phone from 3cx..it's frustrating.
8. This is an old v15 system just upgraded to v16

I'd like to know what I need to do to get this to update or where could this rom file be hiding?

Do they say "fonality" when booting?, if this is the case you need to upgrade them with tftp.

No, they don't. They stay upgraded until I re-add the provisioning. It leads me to believe that their is a .rom out there somewhere else. I just don't know where because I deleted the one that was there after doing a find. While this is an upgrade it was moved from windows to debian.

log into the phone interface, settings > configuration > export cfg configuration file > select all settings > download file, look at file for "static.auto_provision.server.url =" maybe it is the wrong url?

Thanks for the suggestion. While it is pointing to the right domain name I just realized that domain name is pointing to the wrong IP address. Must be wrong in the DNS server.
