Posting in case someone else encounters.
Network: Ubiquiti Unifi UDM Pro and all like networking equipment in a flat network (no Vlans) with appx 300/30 connection.
After an internet outage that failed over to LTE our firewall came back up on normal WAN about half our Yealink T46S phones showed "No Connection". Six phones total all setup with STUN in the recommended configuration (differing ports / forwarded). Tried various things, many from older posts, including rebooting, re-provisioning, re-setting, reducing security, and clearing the NAT table...in the end the solution was to change the SIP port on the problem phones - issue resolved.
We'd been planning on deploying an SBC which is the next step to simplify the equation but in case someone has the same issue.
