Yealink Power LED not turning off

The Yealink power led (red flashing light) is still flashing even though I changed it in settings to voicemail only. There are definitely no voicemails and we do not have DDI's and all voicemails go to the hunt group VM.

Can you please let us know what PBX version are you running? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard, under the Information column next to the licence version. For example 15.5.15502.6. Also let us know of the Yealink models you are using and the firmware the phones are running. Are you using the default 3CX templates?
