Yealink SIP-T54W Phone Firmware needed for 3CX FQDN Let's Encrypt Hotfix

Hi, I want to install the "3CX FQDN Let's Encrypt" hotfix on a Debian install, running 16.0.8.9 before installing 16.0.8.16 and know the phone's firmware needs to be at a certain version before installing this. Their Yealink T54W phones are have firmware version 96.86.0.23 and if I select a phone and go to Firmware it says it' up to date, 96.86.0.23 is the Available Version. Although if I check on the 3CX Phone Firmware page it shows it needs to be running version 96.86.0.45? Does this mean I have to manually update all their phones to 96.86.0.45 or is 96.86.0.23 OK for this? Thanks, Ed.

That's not a 3CX question, that's a Yealink question. But since it's the exact same amount of work to update the firmware manually before you install the hotfix vs after, I'd just install the hotfix and see what happens.

Upgrade Debian to the latest version 16, using the update function within the management console

When you have done this, 3cx will tell you if you need to update the firmware (under phones) , if firmware is required you can update the firmware within 3cx

3cx will only show you firmware updates for that version of 3cx, 3cx firmware update page is firmware required for the latest version of 3cx (in the case ver 18)
