Yealink T19P E2 raccomended 3CX firmware: not supported!

Hello,
I have installed the recommended firmware. I found it on this page: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/yealink-t1-series/
It is: 53.84.0.35
Into the management console, 3CX declares it as unsupported.

What can I do?

3CX is version 15.5 and is installed on Windows Server 2008.

The firmware is for V16, V15 is no longer supported

The firmware is usually updated from time to time to be compatible with the latest version of 3CX.

Older versions of 3CX do not receive such updates, they will remain on whatever was the latest version at their time.

We would highly recommend that you upgrade to V16 as soon as possible because V15.x is now an End Of Life product.
