Yealink T21P not ringing when called from 3CX Windows client

Hi all,
I have a problem with a Yealink T21P, when you call the extension from a Windows client, T21P SIP phone does not ring, but if the Windows client is installed in the same extension of the T21P, the Windows client rings.
I have done a factory reset of the phone many times and tested with other extension but the problem persists. The T21P has the last firmware installed (34.72.0.93).
If you call from an Andoid client or from another SIP phone, it works correctly.
I have Yealink T21P E2 installed but they have not this problem.

Your firmware version is WAY off.
