Ok try to get 52.84.0.10 and 52.84.0.15 from Yealink's site and upgrade manually. if this also fails I'm wondering if you have phones with locked firmware (ie. Lydis or some other regional localization)
Once you are on the 52.84.x.x family of firmware though, reconfigure your phone and try to upgrade it from the management console and it should succeed. Some times if the firmware is too old you will need. to get the inbetween versions installed first
