Yealink T22 LCD display character

Hi,

users which are in ring group or queue during the incoming calls on their T22 Yealink LCd display can see only name of the ring group/queue but they dont see caller ID with T20 which also has 2 lines display in first we can see name of the ring group and on second we can see caller ID number.

How to solve this issue, we have several costumers who have noticed that issue.

General->Global Options->Append/Prepend name to caller ID:

append-> callerID:group_name (***this will work for caller id on display***)

prepend->group_name:callerID
