I buyed a new Yealink T23G phone with V44.84.0.15 firmware already installed on it.

I notice that 3CX supported firmware for this model is V44.83.0.55 older than that.

Could I have some issues or it's better I downgrade the firmware ?

Thank you

Hi,

The officially supported firmware is what has been tested to work on our system, and what our templates are based upon. I would recommend to downgrade the firmware manually if the phone allows you, before you connect it to a 3CX system.

Some phones may not allow you to do so, in that case you may have to connect it as is, but it will not be officially supported or guaranteed to work. It's a good idea to contact the manufacturer and confirm you can safely downgrade the device to the 3CX recommended FW version before you proceed.
