Yealink T23G no service randomly

Hello, I recently took over our VOIP system and I have a telephone that keeps going to "no service" randomly. We have about 500 phones and 3 or so have this issue. I have replaced the cabling and still having issues. Could someone point me in the right direction?

Hi,

You could try swapping the phones between a user that works fine and a user that always has the issues.

Just remove them from their extensions, factory reset, and reprovision them to the other extension you will perform the swap with.

If the "desk" that had the problem still has the issue even with a previously healthy IP phone, then I think you might have to recheck your network integrity for the affected stations.

But, if the issue migrates to the new "desk" then you might have a couple of faulty units there.
