Hi,
I hope you can help.
I am running a 3CX Standard Instance using Amazon Lightsail with phones provisioning via STUN - we also provide the connectivity for this customer and I can confirm that all associated network requirements have been met.
Last Thursday, out of the blue (No power loss, system reboot, etc.), all of the telephones on this instance lost their Contact Directory (set up via 'Contacts' on the Management Console) and are now unable to access this on their phones.
Strangely, when a call comes into the system from a contact on this list, their information (Name and Associated Number) is shown. However, the users are unable to access this directory from their handsets (either via the Directory Line Key or by going to the Directories via the 'Menu' button and navigational keys).
A related issue which I believe may be connected involves the phones also not being able to Provision via STUN when using the Provisioning Link on the Web Interface. When attempting to Provision in this way, the phone does not react when 'Auto Provision Now' is pressed (with the Server URL entered) and the Account details are not self-populated.
To register the phone, the details must be inputted manually in the 'Account' tab which, in turn, still does not facilitate connection to the Contact Directory.
Please can you advise what may be causing this and how to resolve moving forward?
I hope you can help.
