Hi All,

One of our Yealink's wont register and there's no indication it's hitting 3CX.

I've manually upgraded to FW on the phone to 69.84.0.95 to no avail. It will not factory reset via GUI or holding the OK button.

it says it's reset, restarts and is still populated.

Just to be sure it's not pulling its config i've disabled STUN on that EXT.

There is another T27G onsite also STUN which is working fine.

Any ideas?

thanks.

Hi @kieferschild

It sounds like you have a bad unit. Try resetting it using the OK button again, but make sure the ethernet is not connected (just in case).

Otherwise you might want to contact Yealink for a different solution

Hi @JohnS_3CX

Turned out the DHCP server was configured to give the provisioning address out which I had overlooked.

I changed the local SIP port on that EXT and it reprovisioned no problem.

can close this ticket.

Ah DHCP Option 66, so I guess the phone was plugged in and kept reprovisioning. Glad to hear it was resolved
