Solved yealink T28p remote stun provision failed

Hi guys,

I am trying to provision a yealink t28p phone with remote stun server, but something goes wrong… when the phone boots (after factory reset), I get Update skipped and does not provision
If I Plug in T23g phone it works perfect on the same remote location + firewall
On event log

“RPS request for Yealink T28 IP Phone of Reception (301) delivered successfully”

Is this model supported?
Any ideas?

Hi Leo,

If you take a look at our guide, you will notice that this is an EOL phone and has a limitation with SSL Transfer Ciphers.

This means it cannot connect to a modern 3CX server and download its config unless you reduce SSL security to allow SSL 1.0 connections:

Settings >> Security >> SSL/SecureSIP Transport and Ciphers
