Hi All,

I work for a global company and I am busy deploying our 3CX Azure hosted platform at our business in Australia.

I have successfully provisioned my T48S and conference phone, however I can't get any of my T29G phones to budge.

I have upgraded the FW as per the suggestion on the 3CX website to 46.83.0.60.

I have tried the following method:
  1. Provisioning the phone under the extension using 3CX SBC Remote - Didn't work
  2. I tried to provision the phones by Direct SIP (STUN - Remote) and by adding the provisioning link to the phones administration page.

The phone just sits on No Service and I can't get it past this stage. I have tried on 4 separate T29's

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Disable "secure "SSL Transport and Ciphers" setting"

The first step is to determine if the phone is having problems provisioning or having problems registering. Also, you mentioned trying to provisioning as 3CX SBC remote but you didn't state you have a SBC in place. If your T29G phones are getting the extension name/number but say no service then they can't register. If they aren't getting the extension information then it's a provisioning issue. You mentioned accessing the web interface to put the provisioning URL in. After you do that and then tell it to re-provision can you still login with the default credentials?

Disable "secure "SSL Transport and Ciphers" setting"

That shouldn't be the issue according to the configuration page. Only the EOL phones should be affected by that and the T29G isn't listed as EOL.

@DylanWinik Let us know if @SweetAction's recommendation works. If so, 3CX needs to update the product page.

Settings, Security, bottom of the anti-hacking tab. Can't remember if it needs services cycled or not.

I had to disable SSL certificate option on my Yealink T29G phones under security page as I didnt want to globally turn that off in 3cx.

Hi

Worth trying to factory default the phone first.

I'd check your blacklist too.

Do you have 3CX deployed in an environment where you needed some sort of compliance?
