Summary: Yealink T32 phones register, but no audio either direction to/from 3cx softphone, polycom, cisco or other yealinks.
We recently upgraded 3cx to version 15.5.0 and our yealink phones have stopped working reliably. I say reliably because if we get them working, after a couple of hours, the phones again loose audio. Prior to the upgrade, the yealink phones were stable. When one yealink phone loses audio, all other yealink phones will lose their audio within a short time (< 1hr).
Working with support, we have tried the following:
1. reset the phone
2. autoprovisioned
3. tried both "PBX Delivers Audio" selected and unselected in the 3cx management console 4. verified firewall ports are open/configured for both local SIP port (5065) as well as Local RTP Audio Ports (14000-14019) 5. STUN is enabled.
Note:
* Yealink phones are remote. 3CX server is in the cloud. The phones successfully register
* Yealink phones worked fine for 3 months prior to the 3CX upgrade (which 3CX says we can't roll-back)
* Cisco/Polycom/Softphones work fine
Any suggestions?
