Yealink T33G causing stp issues but the yealink t54 perfectly fine.

please could someone help the yeallink t33g go back to the same cisco switch as T54, but only T33g casuing that error, swapped everything cleaned switches traced switch no loop, but t33 keeps flagging stp is then blocking phone?
