I looked for one as well, never did get one though. Bit the bullet and got the receptionist a Jabra wireless headset and an EHS adapter.....now I'm a super hero in her eyes. :D

Which Jabra. if I may ask?

Thanks,

Thanks,
It's the GN9350e connected through a Yealink EHS36

Thanks. Does the EHS adatper eliminate the need for a handset lifter? I assume it comes with a cable that is compatible to and connects with the EHS, correct?

I have someone who is looking and you may have saved me a bunch of time.

I have 3 people in a call center like environment and I have suggested headsets to them. Maybe that will suffice.
A few others still want shoulder rests.

Correct, no need for a handset lifter. the headset and EHS come with the necessary cables.
Of course all phones are different, I'm using a Yealink T38G
