Solved Yealink T42S is showing as not supported on the Phones tab.

Hi,

My Yealink T42S is showing as not supported on the Phones tab of my DO hosted 3CX instance.

I downloaded the latest firmware from the Yealink Support Site, which is currently on firmware version 66.86.0.15

I looked on your list of supported phones and the Yealink T42S is still listed there.

Is there a way that I can fix this?

Hello,

You need to install the 3CX supported firmware otherwise you will see that message.

Ok, thank you for your response, I realise its a bit of a noob question and I am just finding my way with 3CX, thanks for your patience and advice.

I have installed the firmware version from the web portal and that has done the trick.
