Solved Yealink T43U

Good afternoon dears,

Iam tryng to set up one ip phone yealink t43u on 3CX, but the phone does not autenticate.

How can i do it outside LAN?
I followed the instruction in this link, but it is for LAN: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/yealink-t4-series/.
I tried to configure the ip link with link of provisioning that i have on 3cx extension and does not worked. I tried also to set up manually the ip phone and it does not autenticate as you can see in attached imgs.

Good evening dears,

After Deactivate certificate o phone and reprosivosion again, it started to reprovision and then rebooted phone.

Now there is not audio on calls and theres a red light blinking.

Hello,

If you will use the phone outside the LAN, you will need to install a 3CX SBC at the phone site.

STUN mode requires you to port forward any ports the phone is using, treat it like a server.

I have another clients that use Ip telephone outside LAN and dont have 3CX SBC.

That doesn't inform you why this specific client isn't working though.

You can look at other cases in the forum for STUN, the subject has been discussed many times over in the Fanvil / Yealink / Snom / Other categories under IP phones.

I made manually configuration and now the phone works well and there is audio.

In case you still have issues in the future (which can be typical with STUN), give the 3CX SBC a go and I think you will be very satisfied.
