Yealink T46 with sidecar and EHS36 Wireless Headset

I have a customer that has a T46 with the sidecar and wireless headset. I had to update the firmware on the T46 to some funky version that would support this configuration. I was hopeful that with the later updates to the phones this would work but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Has anyone successfully got the headset adapter to work with the sidecar and T46 using the latest 15.5 version of firmware?

What do you mean by funky version, and where do you get it from ? what version number is the firmware.

I remember awhile ago someone about this, and it was down to the firmware - do not know if it was resolved.

There is a special T46 firmware that is used to update the EHS36 to the latest EHS36 firmware. Once that is done you can update the T46 phone to regular 3cx supported firmware and keep the EXP40 and EHS36 connected and they will work fine.
