3CX, latest version, with latest Yealink default phone templates. I need to program a custom button on my T46G phone to hold *9 as a prefix. The idea is to push the prefix button (labeled INTERCOM) and then a BLF button in order to make an intercom call to an extension. The Yealink help page here http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?id=95 makes it look easy, but I don't see the "Prefix" button type in 3CX when adding a new BLF to my phone.
On the Yealink phone, I can manually push *9, then the BLF, and it works. But I want to program a button on the phone to hold the *9.
Any suggestions?
