2 weeks ago we upgraded from 3CX v15.5 to v16 and a few days later slowly starting pushing the newer firmware version to our Yealink T46S handsets (3CX supported 66.84.0.35).
Since then, if a user picks up their handset receiver and presses the MESSAGE button, nothing happens. If they hang up the receiver and press MESSAGE, it dials 999 on speaker phone mode which is normal behaviour (as per configuration in our global Yealink T4x template).
It's not a huge issue but could be a bug in the firmware. I have tested with a T48G and this issue does not exist, I can pick up the receiver, press MESSAGE, it connects and asks for my PIN. We're using the default 3CX Yealink templates and they haven't been modified.
I've logged into a few of the T46S web interfaces and ext 999 is configured correctly under Account > Account1 > Voicemail.
If this question would be better suited to the Yealink forums please advise - mainly wanted to see if anyone else is having the same issue or it's isolated to us.
