Yealink T46S with multiple accounts refuse to register 1 more account

Hi all
i have 3cx profesional on premises hosted
i'm using reception phone with multiple accounts i have for the time being 10 accounts registered on it
i'm trying to register 1 more account and i get register failed , when i check 3cx activity log ii get a register failed credentials don't match
i'm sure the credentials are correct because i copy them from the extension provisioning page

no idea what tot do more!
any help would be appreciated

We do not support multiple accounts on an ip phone.
In this case you might need to consider using the Hotdesking feature:https://www.3cx.com/docs/hot-desking/

how comes i already have 10 accounts already registered to it ? added them and still working after the version 18 update .
was it a feature that is no longer supported in version 18 ?
is that why since the update i cannot add more accounts to it?

This is not related with any version of the PBX. This was always the case as the phone is provisioned and registered with the associated extension from the management console. Any other manual configuration to the device is not something we test or support.
