Hi Everybody

We have a issue that on a T48S it doesn't show the Name of The SpeedDial. I can't show a Screenshot but here is a reference Picture of where we just see nummbers.

The BLFs show a name but the SpeedDial Entrys don't show the name. Any ideas why this is the case?

Did you used speeddial or individual speeddial. if speeddial thats normal, you cant configure a name for that.

Hi @bitn2 in the 3CX Management it's called Custom Speed Dial and on the Yealink webinterface of the Phone it's just called Speed Dial.

Ok, that should just work. I have this in use for many customers. Did you configured this over 3cx or the phone directly?

I did it over 3CX. We also use this for other customers, but for some reason it just won't apply to this phone.

That is strange... the latest 3cx firmware? Did you reboot the phone? Could you post an screenshot of the 3cx configuration of this speeddial button?

I think the side menu you circled there only matches with numbers that exist in the call history (not the phonebook or speed dials).

I'm fairly sure that if you delete the call history of the T48G in the picture, it will behave the same as the T48S.

So if for example extension John 100 calls you, then the next time you dial 100 it will show the user on the side menu.

If you delete the history, and dial 100 again, it will be empty again.

You might want to confirm this with Yealink Support if you need further info.

Oh, yes now i realised your problem. The name is not in your call history? Yeah thats correct and normal like @JohnS_3CX said.
