Yealink T48S - Extensions

I am hoping someone can give me a step by step guide on how to configure my T48S phone with MORE than one
extension. Here is what I would like to do.

Line 1 - 5551212
Line 2 - 5550000
Line 3 - 9515050
Etc

I currently have it provisioned via 3cx but I do not see a way to give each BLF field anything other than LINE and I can not assign a EXT to that additional LINE key
can someone please help me with this. Thank you all for the help in advance and I hope that wherever you may be you are all doing well.

3CX template is designed to set only one extension on the phone. So what you try to configure is not a supported way with 3CX.

Can you give some details on what you want to do with 3 different lines on same phone ?

I have an 800 # that I would like to have it's own line on my phone, So I know when someone is calling thru that line. My OLD cisco 303 had 3 different DID's on it but the new $260 phone won't do it?

Another option, setup the phone will all the settings and do the following

1. Remove the provisioning url within the phone gui
2. Manually add the extra lines, use the existing line settings as a template you need to add accounts, and change dds keys
