Yealink T48s firmware 66.83.0.55 issue

Hello,
I have over 100 Yealink T48s phones stuck on firmware 66.83.0.55. I cannot downgrade or upgrade these devices using any method (manually through web gui, through the 3CX management console, nor through the TFTP recovery mode).

I saw others had this issue and according to this thread https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/known-issues-at-firmware-upgrade-yealink-t46s.68838/
it was solved by upgrading first to v66.84.0.35, however I cannot find where to download that particular firmware version.

Can anyone provide firmware v66.84.0.35 for Yealink T48S?
