Yealink T48S Ringtones changed and unable to correct using reprovision

3cx v18 (3cx hosted)
SBC (2 sites)
template shows default ring to be ring1

but phones all get ring2 as default

factory reset... latest supported firmware...

Manually changing it helps but something is not right here...

Please tell us the following:

- Exact firmware version please
- What you set under the extension's provisioning settings:


- And what kind of call are you receiving which doesn't follow the setting?

Not all types of calls will follow the above setting - External calls have Ring2 hardcoded, IVR calls have Ring7 hardcoded

one day out of the blue it just switched... happened to another customer of mine also...

Can you please clarify this first? Is it internal calls, external calls, IVR calls, ring group calls, queue calls?
