I've set up a small 3-phone home test lab on a RaspberryPi. It all works great and much easier than FreePBX. However, one of my phones, the Yealink T48S, has a problem. It still works fine in terms of making and receiving calls using the physical buttons, but the screen no longer recognises touches. I've done a factory reset on the phone but the screen still doesn't respond to touches. It was working just fine on FreePBX before 3CX provisioned it. I can't believe it's just died the exact minute I switched from FreePBX to 3CX. I've seen another post like this elsewhere, so I'm wondering if 3CX has corrupt the firmware in some way?

Hi, yes, the phone is on 66.85.0.5.

Other info:

3CX Version: Standard Annual 16.0.8.9
Server OS: Raspberry Pi (local network)
IP Phone: Yealink T48S firmware 66.85.0.5 (latest)
Provisioning Method: Local
Trunk Provider: SIPGate UK
Has the Firewall Checker passed: ?
Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

Hi @SMB47

If the problem persists following a factory reset then it sounds fairly certain it's a hardware problem.

I would recommend to contact your reseller or Yealink service center to have it looked at or replaced.
