The description of this option does is difficult to understand.
"It configures LLDP or manually VLAN can't obtain IP,..."
- The sentence starts off by saying It configures LLDP or manually VLAN... which does not make sense to me.

Can someone explain what this option will do for me?

Our template leaves that field empty, meaning that we do not provision it at all.

Go to the manufacturer's site and look for the Yealink Administrator Guide.
Yealink provides a file that goes into more detail about what each parameter does and they should be able to answer your questions.
