I have replaced a raspberry Pi with a Yealink T43W phone as a router phone. The phone appears in the trunk list as active and connected.

The router phone is a fixed desk phone, not hot desk however all the other phones are.

I have changed the provision settings in the phone profile to use the new router phone.

The router phone has re-provisioned and is working.

The hot desk phones however are not provisioning through the router phone. The appear in Phones when reset, I can assign an extension (hd00001) but it does not provision.

Any ideas?

Edit To This: I had the SBC names wrong in the SIP trunk so in fact I don't get the option to select the T53W as the SBC in the phone provisioning tab.

If I recall correctly, Router Phones cannot do ATAs or Hotdesking via the UI at the moment.

I know they can't be a hot desk phone, I have made it a static phone but the other phones are hot desk phones. I can't find any documentation that says this is a limitation.

This is a current limitation of Update 6 - Router phones can be specified as 3CX SBC only for regular users/extensions.
They can not be used for Hotdesking, FSX & DECT devices yet. For those, you still need to use a regular SBC and configure them from the Management Console.
We are planning to improve this part in upcoming 3CX versions.
