Hello, not a big problem just an observation we have come across.
Program Name and BLF key through the management console. Re-provision phone, name shows on phone.
Change the name in the management console. Re-provision phone. Name changes on phone.
Remove Name in the management console and leave it blank. Re-provision phone. Name still remains on the handset.
Has anyone else come across this?
As stated not a big problem as we just name the extensions Spare when someone leave's.
