Yealink T54W - Disable call waiting beep?

Customer says the call waiting beep cuts off the voice of the first caller. Is there a way to disable the beep on a per phone basis?

I see I can change voice.tone.callwaiting to "0" in the template, however I don't want to do this to all phones. Changing it on the phone itself is an option, however that will get wiped out on a reprovision

If you follow the steps at:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/custom-ip-phone-templates/

This will allow you to apply a custom template to the handsets.

So if you don't want to do it for all phones, then make one template with the change and apply that to the phones you want it to affect. There's no secret settings in 3CX as far as phone options. If the config option is on the phone provisioning page for that phone, then you can adjust it with the default template. If not, then you need to go the custom template route.
