Yealink T54W Router Phones stop working as routers

I have had 2 instances now of Yealink T54W stop working as router phones.
The only solution has been to put in a physical SBC (Raspberry PI in this case)

Problem:
Yealink T54w as router phone with 5 - 7 clients
FW: 96.87.0.16
Worked fine for over a year.
Internet outage occurred
T54w no longer operated as Router phone
- In the physical phone, acct 1 showed as disabled
- In 3cx users, showed as not registered
- in 3cx, Voice & Chat, shows green as router phone
No other phones connect.

I've gone through every reset process suggested. delete out of 3cx, re-entry, factory default phone etc etc.
Every time, the phone comes back up, re-provisions and still shows the above.
As a test, I activated Line 2 with the same settings as line 1 and it registers.
Still does not work as a router phone.

Changed other T54w into router phones on the same network. Still nothing.

Once I put in the physcial SBC, everything works again.

HELP!!!!
And please do not post the standard "Make sure you have the right FW, delete the phone, re-add it etc" Done that way to many times.

Yes, saw and tried all of those. Not that problem

Are they videotron sites? We had 6 or so sites on Saturday fail that worked for over a year. I put in a ticket with Yealink.

No, Bell Fibre

This is actually the 3rd time.
1st - Stop working but somehow managed to get the phone to operate again as a router. Not sure what I did.
2nd time - different site. Could not get anything working except a physical SBC
3rd time - Same site as 1. Looks like I may have to put in a physical SBC and nothing is working

I have seen it with bell bonded Vdsl (2x 50x10) but it should work fine with bell fibre.

@mkeding We would recommend to reach out to Yealink Support so they can troubleshoot this. Sounds like some combination of factors is preventing the phone from activating the extension account and they will need to investigate this closely to find out why.
