Solved Yealink T54w unsupported?

I purchased a new Yealink T54w. It came installed with firmware version 96.84.0.85. I setup the phone with ease using the built-in template with 3CX and all was fine. This morning I come in and now the phone says it's unsupport in the 3CX admin. Do I need to downgrade the firmware? The phone appears to be working fine.

Within 3cx management console, under phones , select the phone and click on 'Firmware' icon along the top
