So.....
I don't have the brick issue..

Phone is on Current Correct firmware and registered - Yes getting upgraded took some time - remote phone but it is installed - only in the last week does it now show up as:
Not Supported 96.86.0.23 in red causing my dashboard to show an Alert for Phones Firmware.

See the other thread/s talking about yealink support due to bricking the phones...
which isn't my issue..
the firmware is loaded and phone is working fine...

However 3CX has now listed the Firmware THEY Support and Send out as UnSupported...

I'm fine with contacting Yealink... Ticket #171656 - Started

but if there is a "Supported" Version Wouldn't 3CX have that version?

That appears to be the currently supported firmware version. Are you running v18 Update 1?

@cobaltit @OS-Milton

3CX started pushing out a new firmware today for Yealink T5x phones Version is 96.86.0.45.

I have upgraded several phones from 96.86.0.23, as well as phones from version 96.86.0.20 that were previously not able to be upgraded from the 3CX Management Console.

Hi! That's right, this is a new firmware that we pushed a few days ago.

@accentlogic

Humm...

Well that was easy... Grrr...

Between that and the Hidden Language Prompt Updates not being part of "Updates"...
This one was more just Me..

Thanks for being 100% Correct
can confirm new firmware available in Console - but not on 3CX Firmware listing online..

no biggie attempting upgrade now

Worked perfectly - thx again!

Good to hear it all went OK.

We will be also updating the 3CX Firmware page for the remaining models to show the new firmware that is available.
